This app contains 6 pages.

User and swipe left/right (outside the list items) to move next/previous pages.
It also supported highlighted features by swiping left/right directly onto the to-do items.

This simple app helps to:
+ Prepare list of shopping items with price.
+ Can input expense of item directly or input number of items & price for each item, then expense is calculated.
+ Each list is calculated with 3 conditions: total paid, total unpaid and total expenses.

It is the simple, quick note application supporting below functions:
+ 2 sections of to-do items, “Work” and “Other”, the items in these 2 list can be switched to each other by swiping from right to left and choose “Move”.
+ Bulk Input: user can press “next” on the keyboard to finish inputting current todo items and input next item.
+ Checkbox: checkbox can be touched to mark done/un-done button. If Delete button pressed, the done items (in that section) will be deleted.
+ Coloring important items: important items can be color by swiping to the right. There are 4 colors corresponding to the important level of the items (light pink, light green, light violet, light yellow), each time user swipe to right, the color automatically changed from light pink -> light green -> light violet -> light yellow -> white.
+ Re-ordering items: items can be re-ordered in “Edit Mode”, user can switch to the mode by pressing “Edit” button. User returns to normal mode by pressing “Done” button in top right.
+ List of items can be saved and loaded back easily.

This application is created to support managing to-do lists, multi-tasks efficiently with below main features:
– Support multi list. Go to detail content in each list by touching the list
– In each list:
+ Add to-do item continually by “next” button (first touch “ADD” button, then after finish fist to-do, touch “next” to input next to-do without keyboard escaping)
+ Support reminder which helps listing up reminder tasks: today/overdue, tasks in the week, in the month, in the year … by swipe from right to left and choose alarm clock icon. All reminder to-do is saved in “All Reminder tasks” list. Overdue to-do is automatically moved from “All Reminder tasks” list to “Today/overdue task” list.
+ Support highlighted tasks by color: swipe from right to left (automatically colored) or swipe from left to right then choose paint pad icon.
+ Easily mark tasks as completed/in-complete by touching tick box.
+ Number of tasks in sub-list is limited to 50.

– Tab “Mortgage” displays a result in an early payoff duration with many options:

+ Support various kind of payment frequency: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly.

+ Support extra payment on each payment; from a particular payment to last payment or extra payment on some specific payments (number of extra specific payments is limited to 60 for each loan).

+ Support input of tax or insurance in both percentage or value.

– Tab “Affordable Loan” helps to estimate the loan you can afford based on your monthly budget or annual income.

– Tab “Saved” helps you record a mortgage so that you do not need to input all loan info time to time.

– Support dates of Mortgage: user can select start date when saving Mortgage. Date of each detail payment will be calculated. End date of Mortgage will be calculated.

Refinance Home Loan Calculator is a simple loan calculator which allows you to:

– Calculate a new loan based on remained loan balance (refinance). This function allows you to re-finance your current loan with a new interest rate. It support the calculation of saved interest in case your current loan is re-financed into a new loan with lower interest rate. The summaries of current loan & new loan are also displayed for your reference.

– Calculate your monthly payment, total interest, total repayment … Moreover, it support calculation of saved interest in case there is additional payment per month (add per month) or additional payment per year (add per year).
